Holistic Hypnotherapy for All

Natalie offers a compassionate, client-centered approach to hypnotherapy from her Carterton clinic in the Wairarapa, supporting individuals on their personal path to healing.

Trauma-informed hypnotherapy uses a relaxed, focused state to access and reframe deep-seated fears and limiting beliefs at the subconscious level. This process can support meaningful internal shifts — helping clients reduce stress, ease anxiety, and move beyond unhelpful patterns.

Natalie offers a full range of traditional hypnotherapy services, including support for phobias, weight concerns, motivation, performance, sleep, children’s issues, pain, IBS, OCD, habits, and more.

Her holistic approach combines modern trauma-informed tools with traditional methods refined over centuries. She works with the belief that the mind and body have an innate capacity to return to balance when subconscious barriers are addressed in a safe and supportive way.

  • Wairarapa Hypnotherapy

    Trauma-Informed Hypnotherapy

    Hypnotherapy for Trauma Support
Hypnotherapy can offer gentle, supportive tools for exploring how past experiences may continue to shape your emotions, behaviours, or sense of safety. Even when the original event is long past, unresolved patterns may still affect how you respond to life today.

These responses may show up as emotional overwhelm, eating or body-related struggles, fear, avoidance, or patterns like anger, withdrawal, or high reactivity. Hypnotherapy provides a safe space to begin working with these responses—at your pace and without needing to relive painful memories. Learn more.

  • Children's Hypnptherapy
