Stop Smoking & Vaping Hypnotherapy
Breathe Easier. Feel Stronger. Have the Choice to Quit for Good.
Whether it’s cigarettes, vapes, or both—you’ve probably already realised:
It’s not just about nicotine.
It’s about habits.
Stress triggers.
The hand-to-mouth routine.
The “quick fix” moments when you feel you need something... but end up wanting to stop.
That’s where hypnotherapy comes in.
Why Hypnotherapy Works for Smoking
Patches and willpower deal with the surface. Hypnotherapy works deeper.
It helps you:
Break automatic urges—whether it’s to light up or grab your vape.
Unwire the emotional and situational triggers behind the habit.
Reinforce your natural ability to stay calm, confident, and free—without needing nicotine.
It’s not about giving something up. It’s about gaining back control, freedom, and peace of mind.
Why Smoking Isn’t Truly Addictive — It’s Just a Habit
Most people are told over and over that smoking is addictive — that nicotine hooks you, and you’re powerless without it. But here’s the truth: the real power of smoking isn’t the nicotine… it’s the habit.
Think about it:
You smoke at certain times — after meals, with coffee, when stressed, bored, or socializing.
You’ve trained your mind and body to expect a cigarette in those moments.
It’s just like brushing your teeth or driving the same route to work — it’s automatic, learned behavior.
Nicotine leaves your system in just a few days. What’s left after that? A strong mental association. A routine. A pattern you’ve repeated over and over. It feels like a craving, but it’s really just your brain running an old program.
The good news? Habits can be changed with hypnotherapy much more easily than addictions can. Your subconscious mind learned to smoke — and through hypnotherapy, it can just as easily learn to stop.
You aren’t trapped. You’re simply following a familiar pattern. And today, you’re learning how to break that pattern and take back control.
What to Expect in Your Session
One focused session tailored to your smoking and/or vaping habits.
We’ll explore your triggers, motivations, and goals.
Under hypnosis, I’ll guide you to break free from old patterns and feel confident as a non-smoker/non-vaper.
You’ll leave feeling clear, calm, and in control.
The point of this session is to give you back a choice over whether you smoke or not; so you can make a conscious choice to smoke or not, rather than it be something you have no control over.
What You’ll Gain
Greater control over cravings.
Freedom from stress triggers linked to smoking or vaping.
Better breathing, more energy, more money in your pocket.
The choice to be smoke-free or vape-free—for good.
An understanding of why you smoke, what benefit smoking has for you, which leads to an understanding of how this habit can be undone.
Who This Is For
This is for you if you’re:
Ready to quit smoking, vaping—or both.
Tired of relying on smoking to cope with stress or routine.
Concerned about the impact on your health, finances, or wellbeing.
Looking for a straightforward, effective way to quit for good.
I can only work with you if you really want to quit. For Hypnotherapy to be effective for smoking, your motivation to stop must be more than the benefits of continuing. This is why I work on the reasons why you smoke not just the smoking itself.
Frequently Asked Questions – Stop Smoking & Vaping Hypnotherapy
How does hypnotherapy help me stop smoking or vaping?
Hypnotherapy works by targeting the subconscious patterns that drive your habit—things like stress triggers, routines, and emotional associations. During the session, we rewire those patterns and strengthen your ability to feel calm, confident, and in control—without needing cigarettes or vapes. You leave the session with a new, smoke-free mindset and practical tools to stay that way.
Will I still have cravings afterwards?
Most clients report reduced or no cravings after their session. If a craving does pop up, you’ll have strategies (like a calming anchor technique) to handle it easily. Cravings fade quickly when your mind no longer associates smoking or vaping with relief or reward—and that’s exactly what hypnotherapy helps you achieve.
How many sessions will I need?
For many clients, one focused session is enough to return your power to give you the choice to quit for good. However, if you’ve smoked or vaped heavily for years, or if additional support is needed, a follow-up session can be arranged.
What about withdrawal symptoms? Will I struggle with them?
Most clients find that cravings and withdrawal symptoms are minimal or manageable after hypnotherapy. Because hypnotherapy addresses the subconscious triggers and emotional connections to smoking, many people report that their urges fade quickly. You’ll also have calming techniques, like your anchor gesture, to keep you in control if any cravings arise.
Is Hypnotherapy guaranteed to work?
While no therapy, medication, or method can ethically offer a 100% guarantee—because every person is unique—what I can tell you is this:
Hypnotherapy has a proven track record of helping thousands of people quit smoking successfully, often after they've tried other methods without lasting results. The key difference is that it works at the subconscious level, breaking the patterns and triggers that drive the habit. I aim to make this habit that you have to control over to because something that you ca choose or choose not to do.
What I guarantee is that I’ll provide you with the best tools, support, and techniques available. If you’re ready and willing to quit, hypnotherapy gives you a powerful advantage to make that happen.
What if I’ve tried to quit before and failed?
You’re not alone—and you haven’t failed. You just didn’t have the right tools… yet.
Hypnotherapy doesn’t rely on willpower alone.
It helps you address the real reasons behind your habit, and gives you the inner strength and calm to quit easily and confidently this time.
Is hypnotherapy safe?
Yes, hypnotherapy is safe, natural, and empowering.
You are always in control—you can’t be made to do anything against your will. Hypnosis simply helps you access the focused, relaxed state where your subconscious mind is more open to positive change.
Does this work for vaping too?
Absolutely. Whether you want to stop smoking, vaping, or both, hypnotherapy helps you break the mental and emotional habits tied to nicotine. The process is similar for both, and the results are the same—freedom, confidence, and better health.
How much does it cost, and what’s included?
Your investment includes:
A tailored stop smoking/vaping hypnotherapy session (approx. 60–90 minutes and is $330).
Will I gain weight after I quit smoking?
This is a common concern! Hypnotherapy helps prevent replacing smoking with unhealthy eating habits by giving you new, healthier coping strategies. During your session, we specifically address keeping you in control of your habits, your cravings, and your health overall. You can feel confident knowing that you’re free not just from cigarettes, but from any unwanted habits as well.

BEFORE YOU CALL ME....
BEFORE YOU CALL ME....
Hypnotherapy is not a miracle fix to stop smoking, but some people stop smoking with only one hypnotherapy session. I want you to be this person, but to enable you to do that, I need to know that you truly want to quit. Please consider the following questions before your consult:
1) Do you really want to quit?
2) Why? And why else?
3) What are the benefits of smoking? What are you gaining?
4) When did you start, what was the exact situation?
5) What is the worst thing about smoking?
6) Write down your daily smoking routine? I need this information to use in your session.
7) What would you life look like if you didn’t smoke anymore?
8) Are you willing to prepare yourself mentally for this session (which will make it more effective) by listening to recordings of my voice and doing a few other homework tasks?
Before your session:
Every time you have a smoke write down “I am having a smoke now” and the time. Between every puff take a sip of water, gargle listerine, jump up and down 10 times, play music you hate while you smoke, have an open can of cat food next to you - do something to make smoking less satisfying. If you can find something that triggers you emotionally while you smoke, even better.
Remove the Reminders (Make it Invisible)
Smoking isn’t something you have to do — it’s something your brain has learned to do at certain times.Separate your lighter and your cigarettes and make it inconvenient to get to them. For example, put your lighter in the letterbox and your cigarettes in the garage. Put both things in separate places and make them as inconvenient as possible to get to.
Change your routine slightly to break the pattern. Smoking is a learned pattern and we need to break it to weaken the habit. If your habit is to wake up, boil the jug, have a smoke while the jug is boiling, change one thing in this routine. For example, wake up - walk out the front door - come in the back door then go and boil the jug. Break the routines in any way possible. Particularly find things to do that are inconvenient.
Doing these things prior to our session will make hypnotherapy more effective. Smoking is a pattern stuck in your mind and I can help you break it but I need you to help me help you. If you are willing to do the above, you are allowed to book a session.
